Bullying remedies

Wake up America
 I heard the news on ABC7 GMA this morning. the Mom was crying and she said every morning she gets up thinking and worried whether her daughter is breathing? What a morning to wake up?  I personally feel the following remedies for American kids.
1)The schools for boys and girls should be separated.
2) Girls and boys do lot of stuff in the bathroom like kissing and touching and the feeling of sex starts there and that is why we find teen MOM here.
3)The so called PROMs should be stopped.
4)There is no need for sex education in elementary and junior high. (Parents do talk about puberty and girls do understands things gradually. 99% Indian ladies do not know what is sex till they get married. There are not shocked. They are virgin till they are married.
5)There should be school uniforms for all the students. Dress code should be highly followed. If girls are wearing short dresses, how do you want boys to control their feelings. Girls go to school with make up? I have not heard this in many countries.
6)Kids till they go to college should not be allowed to use computers in their rooms. Computers should be used only for school related work. Computers should be used in presense of parents. There is absolutely no need to be on face book. It is spoiling lives. Once they start job, by the time they are matured, and they know what is good and what is bad. Having sex before marriage is considered bad in most part of India. Those girls and boys who have sex before marriage are not respected in Indian society.
